Folks have been asking me about doing another online Zoom Taco-Night concert again (like I did during the pandemic lockdowns) So…why not?! Let's do it this Sunday. I’ll have to sign up for a Zoom account and try to remember how to run all these cameras and stuff again but maybe it’ll be fun.

I'll be making my classic pandemic soft crunch tacos. If you want to follow along you'll need the following:
- Soft taco shells AND Hard taco shells
- Ground Beef or meat of choice!
- Onions
- Beets
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Cilantro
- Lime
- Sour cream
- Avocado
