The Garifuna Collective of Belize ~ 19 years ago Danny's life led him down a long and winding road where he travelled to Belize, found The Garifuna Collective (a unique Afro-Amerindian cultural group) and convincing them to make an album together. That album (“Black Birds Are Dancing Over Me”) was quoted as “One of the finest musical works of our time” By Billboard's Larry Leblanc. The album landed Danny a 3rd Juno nomination, a coveted Polaris Prize nom & a sold out summer tour of North America.
