Well, I’ve been in Winnipeg for a week recording “under the covers”, a radio show I co-host with Emm Gryner on CBC. This week we’ve interviewed Ron Sexsmith, 54-40, Jann Arden, Sarah Harmer, The Weakerthans and lots more. We’ve been working round the clock all week.

Not much time to do much else. Lets see...oddly enough we have managed to find good sushi, although i suspicious since we’re 1000 of miles from an ocean.....Mmm? lake Winnipeg I bet. Last night we went to the Horse Track. My 1st bet won and my 2nd left in a horse ambulance...poor horses. Then I ran into Tia Carrea who is staying the same hotel as us and filming a movie here. Wayne’s World!!! What else?....we saw a police car drive through a mall just like in the blues brothers to (with sirens and lights)
